There will be a £20 charge on departure or thereafter for all lost or misplaced Thermal Experience fobs.
Footwear: Please note we do not provide footwear for wearing in the spa area and you are more than welcome to bring your own or alternatively we do have flip flips available to purchase.
Cancellation Policy: A minimum of 48-hours’ notice is required for amendment or cancellation of appointments after which a 100% non-refundable charge will be made.
Medical Consultation: If you are currently pregnant, or have any allergens or medical conditions, please let us know in advance.
Age Restrictions: Under 16s are not permitted to be booked on this package and for alternatives please contact the hotel directly.
Payment: Fees are inclusive of VAT and subject to a discretionary 10% service charge. Our teams share service charge - every penny you might want to give is shared equally by our teams. There is no administration cost or anything retained by the company, what you may give is guaranteed to go 100% to our team. Service charge is entirely optional, if you would like us to remove it, you need only ask. Our spa team will be in touch to arrange full payment in advance of your booking.
