A full body massage incorporating heated basalt stones which instantly relax the muscles, allowing the treatment to work at a deeper level. Hot stones are useful for easing out tension, reducing aches and pains. A seaweed base oil with lemongrass, lavender and juniper will detoxify and regenerate the skin.
ishga Invigorating Full Body Massage, 30/55 mins
This invigorating treatment works by combining marma massage, lymphatic drainage and traditional Swedish massage techniques. It is designed to detox and balance the body whilst removing any particular areas of tension and stress. The seaweed-based body oil nourishes and protects the skin. Your therapist will adapt the pressure to suit your needs.

ishga Mum To Be Massage, 55 mins
A nurturing full body massage helping to soothe aches, pains and general muscle fatigue often experienced during pregnancy. Designed to help relax and calm, ease leg cramps, reduce water retention and puffiness. Using ishga’s Nurturing Oil which hydrates the skin and helps to improve elasticity, reducing stretch marks. The legs, feet, arms and most importantly, the bump are gently but therapeutically massaged to release a sense of wellbeing for both mum and baby.

Safe for clients that are 13 weeks pregnant or more. Created to ease muscular tension in not only the head but in the feet. Promote relaxation using nourishing organic oil that is suitable during pregnancy.
Dunkeld Maternity Back, Neck & Shoulder Treatment, 45 mins
A soothing maternity treatment designed to ease muscular tension in the back, neck and shoulders. Safe for clients who are 13 weeks pregnant or more, this treatment uses gentle massage techniques and nourishing organic oil suitable for use during pregnancy to promote relaxation and help relieve areas of tension.

Relax as your feet and lower legs are scrubbed with our seaweed foot scrub. This is followed by a wonderful relaxing foot massage with our detoxifying seaweed based lotion.
ishga Seaweed Foot Experience, 55 mins
Transform and re-energise tired, achy feet. Begin with a soothing foot bath filled with nutrient rich salts and pure essential oils. As you sit back and relax, the skin on your feet and lower legs will be softened with our indigenous Scottish seaweed foot scrub, followed by a relaxing foot massage to hydrate and nourish the skin and then a detoxifying seaweed gel mask will be applied. Nails shaped, cuticles conditioned and finished with your choice of nail polish or shiny buff.
Reflexology, 45 mins
A relaxing treatment focusing on pressure points on the feet, designed to ease tension, promote relaxation and encourage a general sense of well-being. Your therapist will tailor the treatment to suit your needs, leaving you feeling calm, balanced and refreshed.

Oncology Treatments
Nurturing Touch is a specialised therapy for individuals undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment. It uses gentle, mindful techniques to support comfort, relaxation and emotional wellbeing. Selected ishga treatments have been thoughtfully adapted to support individuals who are undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment. Our therapists are diligently trained in gentle, mindful techniques that focus on soothing the body, calming the mind and promoting a sense of inner balance. Treatments are tailored to each individual, using ishga’s nourishing, organic seaweed-infused products to hydrate and soothe the skin while supporting overall wellbeing. A thorough consultation is carried out to ensure every experience is safe, supportive and restorative.

Additional Information
Some treatments may not be suitable for certain conditions. It is important to let us know of any medical issues, surgeries or pregnancy when filling in your client consultation card. For pregnancy, we do not recommend any body treatments within the first trimester.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment or package to allow completion of your client consultation card. If you do arrive late, then unfortunately your treatment may have to be shortened so as not to inconvenience the next guest. The treatment will still be charged at full price.
Please book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. A non-refundable 50% charge is required to secure all spa bookings. If appointments are cancelled within 48 hours the client will be charged the full treatment price.
